Working with a search warrant, Glenville Police were unannounced house guests at a home on Fredericks Road recently and found a marijuana growing operation – and arrested three people including a father, his son and the father’s girlfriend.



Back on April 18, police got a tip that Jason Saville, Jr. had sold marijuana from his home he had several plants growing in the basement, police said in a report. After more of an investigation, Glenville Police, NY State Police and the NYSP Special Operation Response Team got a search warrant and came back on April 23 at 5:00 a.m.

They found three and a half ounces of marijuana and remnants of a grow operation in the basement. Further investigation found that the three had removed 13 plants from the basement and hid them in a snowmobile trailer, police said.

All three suspects – Jason Saville, Sr., 42, Jason Saville, Jr., 21, and Dianne Labombard, 41 – are each charged with Criminal Possession of Marijuana (2nd Degree, Class D Felony) and Unlawful Growing of Cannabis (Class A Misdemeanor).

Additionally, Saville, Jr. was charged with one count of Criminal Sale of Marijuana. All three were arraigned in Glenville Town Court and are scheduled to reappear on June 10 at 5:30 p.m.
