A business owner along Albany's Central Avenue took it upon himself to remove the snow that had been piling up on the lower end of the sidewalk in front of several shops, even digging out the fire hydrants. However, as he was clearing the snow, a city parking enforcement officer ticketed his truck for parking too close to a hydrant.

Keep in mind, this ticket happened while the truck was still running and as the workers were clearing the snow from the sidewalk.

Said the business owner:

This is what happens when you shovel out fire hydrant and clean the curb line and to top it off get attitude from the parking officer this officer needs to be fired look cleanest hydrant in Albany
