You may remember Howie Altschule from NewsChannel 13, he's currently with Forensic Weather Consultants. He believes the National Weather Service and most of the forecasters are getting it wrong. He says we should expect more in the area of 5-10" around the Capital Region, with even a potential of 30+ inches in some areas.
Not to mention, strong winds will be coming through the area as well, increasing the potential of power outages.
