As Siena looks for their next men's basketball head coach, Rick Pitino is looking for a job. Pitino was let go from Louisville back in October and says that he misses coaching.
But, is Pitino headed to Loudonville to coach The Saints? Well, he isn't saying no when he's asked.
"The only thing I'm looking for, wherever I'm going to coach, is to impact the lives of people in some positive way," Pitino said. "I'm not looking to become wealthy. I'm not looking to be famous. I want to impact lives."
Also throw in that he said that Siena isn't too small of a school to attract him plus he enjoys the Capital Region.
However I'm reading stories that also say that he's not interested in coaching The Saints. So, like most things I read on the internet these days, I don't know what to believe.
Who knows, maybe Rick will be sitting court side barking plays at Siena next season but then again maybe he won't be. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
