Last week we told you about the guy who was making phony phone calls to the Colonie police about fires, accidents, and fights. The serial prank caller has been caught and identified.
His name is Shawn Fountain, 38 years old from Rotterdam. Police were able to connect the calls to a car he drove and they nabbed him shortly after he falsely called police about a fight at Walmart in Latham.
He's facing felony charges. Jackass.
