Police pulled over Stephen Matthews of Gansevoort during a traffic stop Route 9 in Moreau Thursday. When the cop smelled an 'odor' coming out of the car, he asked Matthews to step out. When he did, picked up a handful of snow and threw it at the officer. He was arrested and charged disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and harassment. He was eventually released.
We don't know if the officer underwent a medical exam, but from what we know he's fine.
