The Dutch Apple Crashed Into The USS Slater In Albany

A boat accident happened in Albany today when the Dutch Apple was attempting to dock after an afternoon cruise on the Hudson River. A passenger on the Dutch Apple told Louis Finley from News 10 that a gust of wind knocked the Dutch Apple off it's course, causing it to collide with the USS Slater, a museum ship permanently docked in Albany.

Nobody was hurt and there was some minor damage to both boats. A tug boat was needed to separate the two boats and get the Dutch Apple back to its launch. The Coast Guard is investigating what happened.
