Much like the intersection at the Rexford Bridge, traffic can be quite nightmare-ish in the opposite direction at Rosendale and River Roads in Niskayuna. The decision was made to put a roundabout in that area in 2018 and drivers can expect construction to begin this April.
Based on its proximity to Iroquois Middle School and Rosendale Elementary, they will try and delay major construction until school is out, but preparations will begin soon. Construction is expected to be finished by fall.
