Abel Mbaissouroum allegedly tried robbing somebody in the area of Hudson Avenue in Albany early Friday morning. The victim says Mbaissouroum attacked him and during the altercation, dropped his cell phone. The victim yelled for help and Mbaissouroum took off. Police had arrived and were waiting by the time Mbaissouroum returned to get his phone.
