The Lakeside Lodge and Grill on Route 9 N in Bolton Landing was destroyed by a devastating fire on Thursday morning. About 70 firefighters from five different departments came to fight the blaze that started around 3am and took close to two hours to get under control.
No word yet on the cause, but it looks like the building is a total loss. The building also doubled also had approximately four hotel suites popular with tourists.
