Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed their fourth child together, a baby boy named Psalm West, via surrogate on May 9. Almost a week after Psalm's arrival, Kim shared the first photo of her baby boy on Twitter. Psalm's debut, though, was cause for concern for many of Kim's fans. Here's why.

The photo of Psalm was featured in a screengrab of a text exchange between Kim and Kanye. It appears Kanye sent his wife a cute photo of their newborn son with a sweet message reading: “Beautiful Mother's Day with the arrival of our fourth child. We are blessed beyond measure. We have everything we need."

Kim shared the screengrab on Twitter, showing of her baby boy for the first time. The dimly photo worried some fans, though, because they believe Psalm has way too many blankets in his crib. Including too many blankets can increase the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.

“Please please please go pay an overpriced ‘sleep consultant’ to get all that unnecessary padding, bumpers, and blankets out of your child’s crib so they are not at risk for SIDS.  I’ve tried and failed to resuscitate too many children that have died this way,” one of Kim's followers replied to her tweet. “Signed, an ER doctor.”

“1. Congrats! 2. Anyone else freaking out about all the blankets & bumpers?! American Academy of Pediatrics recommends keeping the crib free of blankets & pillows until baby is 12 months old, as these can create a suffocation hazard," another added.

Kim and Kanye have not responded to concern from their fans.
