I assume by now you've seen the video of the girl falling off the Sky Ride at Great Escape this weekend? Let me refresh your memory with the video -
Authorities are saying that it was her own actions that caused her to fall, not a mechanical error. They're not saying what she did that would have caused her to slip under the bar and eventually fall but they are calling it "human error".
That's pretty much it.
