Raw Sewage Flows Into The Hudson River

There's been a problem with raw sewage flowing into the Hudson River in the past during heavy rainfall here in the Capital Region and apparently that issue has not gone away. This past Saturday during another pretty steady and heavy rainfall, 110,000 gallons poured into the Hudson in Albany.

To make is all worse, as if that was possible, officials in Albany knew that it was going to happen. Well, that's pleasing to know, isn't it?
