Getting over a break up is never an easy thing to do. However, there are some things that you can do to help you finally get over that person that ruined your life, or something like that.
Build a support system – Friends and family that are there to help you out are key!
Write it down – It's a great way to get your feelings out, without punching someone in the face.
Have a mantra – First, learn what a mantra is. Then once you have that behind you, use that mantra daily.
Use your body as a tool – Exercise will help clear your head and get you back to 100% mentally
Give it three months – Time really does heal all wounds
Get rid of tension in your body – However you see fit. Keep in mind, a "hook up" is probably not the best idea to relieve that tension.
