If you're anything like me and deal with anxiety when you first wake up then you're well aware of how much it sucks! Anxiety any time of day sucks, but as soon as you roll out of bed is the worst.
So, ever wonder why you're dealing with it 1st thing in the morning? These could be some of the reasons for that -
You’re not getting enough quality sleep
You’re looking at your phone
You drank too much the night before
You’re a smoker
You’re mortified about an awkward social interaction
You’re thinking about the rest of the day or week
Obviously some of those things you can get under control and some you can't. Try cutting out some of those things and see what happens. I don't think there's much you can do about over thinking or maybe you can. Who am I to say?
