Eating Healthy When You're Broke

In case you haven't noticed, eating healthy can be pretty expensive. Why? I have no idea but it is. 

Well, if you can't afford to buy all those over priced organic food items in whatever trendy "grocery store" everyone seems to go, there are some things you can stock up on that are not expensive at all.
