I've said for the longest time that nap time at work should be a thing and now it seems that science is backing me up on this, well kind of.
Turns out that sleep could really help our productivity at work and since none of us seem to get enough of it at night, it's only logical that we should be able to nap at work.
According to the Univ of Rotterdam, one bad night of sleep can lead to longer break times during the day and also increases your crankiness towards your co-workers. Not to mention that the lack of sleep also leads to more sick days and a terrible working environment because everyone's grumpy.
So, let's start a movement people! Let's make nap time at work a thing!
