If you're like me and suffer from anxiety, especially before you go to sleep, I've found some things you can try to help you get rid of that.
Now, keep in mind that these are not 100% fool proof but they could help you -
Have a solid routine that you stick. it will help your mind know it's bedtime.
Write down five things you’re grateful for.
Write in a journal about what makes you anxious.
Try some soft music.
Have a light snack right before bed.
Take a look at your sleep environment and make sure you're comfortable.
