Drinking a few glasses of beer or wine may actually help you live longer than exercising? According to a new study this might just be true.
This study shows that you're 18% less likely to die a premature death if you have a couple glasses of beer/wine every day. If you work out for 15-45 minutes a day your chances of dropping prematurely are only 11%.
Let's not get to carried away with this, the study is NOT saying that you should consume an entire bottle or 2 of wine daily or that you should try sucking down a 12 pack daily. It's all about moderation.
