Daylight Savings Is Messing Our Bodies Up

Are you over tired thanks to Daylight Savings this past weekend? Yeah, me too.

At least I think it's due to us pushing the clocks ahead an hour.

Did you know that there's a lot of stuff that happens to your body due to the time change? Yes, more than you being super tired at work/school.

Here's whats going on with you and you won't even know - 

You’ll lose an hour of sleep, and your body might feel it.

It’ll disrupt your circadian rhythm, which could make you ever so slightly more perceptible to strokes.

Your fertility could be affected if you’re undergoing fertilization at the time.

You could get some headaches throughout the day.

You ever so slightly increase your risk of heart attack.

So, my body definitely feels it, I don't think I'm going through fertilization, I've gotten headaches.

As for the stroke and heart attack, that's something I guess we'll have to wait and see?
