Last week Demi Lovato got pretty personal with all of us through her song "Sober" where she revealed that she did relapse. It takes great courage for her to admit to everyone that she did what she did. Addiction to alcohol or drugs is not something that I deal with personally but I do understand that it not an easy road to travel and people do have moments of weakness. It doesn't make them anything more than human.
Sunday, Demi performed at Rock in Rio Libson and when she sang "Sober" the lyrics got to her a little bit. You could hear her voice tremble when she sand the line "I want to be a role model"
It has to be hard to admit your mistakes in front of a crowd and to know that there are millions of people that look up to you. Again, I'm not saying anything bad about Demi. I want you to understand how incredibly brave I think Demi is for admitting and owning the mistakes that she's made.
