We're all aware that Ariana Grande released her new album "Sweetener" last night. We're all also aware that Aretha Franklin passed away yesterday.
So far there's no real problem with anything, right? Wrong, some Arianators were concerned that Aretha passing away might run some kind of interference with Ariana's album and it's sales.
Of all the things to worry about, this is the concern? That Aretha passing away might impact record sales? I'm going to assume that this never once crossed Ariana's mind. Her "stans" however had a problem with it. Like Aretha said "Oh, Ariana has her album coming out today, how can I mess with that?"
These fans need to be checked real quick. You may have thought that it was innocent and didn't mean any disrespect for Aretha but you came off like a fool. The last thing you should be thinking about is how the passing of a legend will effect record sales of an artist that you like. Smarten up! There is more to life than Ariana Grande. As a matter of face, Aretha was an inspiration to Ariana so you would think that you'd have more sympathy for the whole situation. If you're Tweeting about anyone's death impacting someone else's record sales you might want to rethink your infatuation with that artist.
