There was another attempted abduction in the Capital Region yesterday. This time it happened to a 16 year old girl on Central Ave in Albany near Sheridan Ave.
Police responded to a call around 7:30 Tuesday night. This is what we know right now. The young lady was walking on Central Ave when a man tried to talk to her. As she tried to walk away from the man, police say that the man grabbed her by the wrist and attempted to pull her toward a dark colored SUV. Luckily she was able to get away from him and avoid being taken.
The suspect is roughly a 23 year old, black male. He had on a dark colored sweatshirt and blue jeans.
