Multiple boats have broken free from their docks in Troy and are currently floating down the Hudson River, unmanned. Most of the bridges in the area that go over the Hudson are closed.
Below is live footage of one of the boats that is stuck under the Livingston Ave bridge, which is a railroad trestle. I'm not sure how they're going to get this boats under control or how they're going to get people on board to try and stop them.
Also, early this morning the Captain JP broke free and hit the Congress St bridge. Channel 6 actually got footage of that happening. That video is below.
