Local Family Is Dealing With Cancer For The 2nd Time

A while back I had posted about a woman that I went to high school with, she was dealing with her son fighting Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Her name is Michele Brooks and her son Pat found himself fighting for his young life, dealing with treatments and all that comes with them. Here we are 2 and 1/2 years later and the family is beyond thankful that little Patzy is cancer free. Well, the Brooks family is once again staring cancer straight in the face as little Patzy's dad Pat has been diagnosed with throat cancer. Pat has already had 2 surgeries on his throat since June of this year.

So, here's this family, still dealing with the expenses of little Patzy's treatments and surgeries and now they have even more weight thrown on their shoulders. At this point the family is relying completely on Michelle's income since Pat's income will end this week. He is physically unable to work while he is dealing with the cancer treatments. This is where your help is needed. The Brooks family needs financial assistance, rides to and from the hospital for Pat's treatments(Michelle can't really afford to miss work at this time), help with preparing meals. Honestly, with whatever you can help with.
