A List Of Businesses That Can Open During Phase 1 In New York

UPDATE: The North Country has been added to the regions that will start to reopen this weekend

Looks like May 15th will begin the "reopening' process for New York State. There is a list of criteria that regions must meet to begin that process and as of yesterday, May 12th, there were only 3 regions in the state that met that criteria. Unfortunately, the Capital Region was not one of them. That's not to say that we won't be there soon but as of now, we aren't there. The 3 regions that have met the criteria and will begin Phase 1 are the Finger Lakes, Mohawk Valley Region and the Southern Tier. The phases of reopening will last 2 weeks at a time.
