New York State's COVID-19 Infection Rate Is Back Below 1%

Some good news regarding positive COVID-19 cases in New York State. We are back below the 1% infected rate as a state. To be exact the state is at 0.96%. If you take out the "hot spots" that seem to all be near New York City, the state is at 0.84%.

In the Capital Region the infection rate is at 0.6% which is also good news. We are the 3rd lowest area in the State behind The Mohawk Valley and The North Country.

Now, this doesn't mean to stop wearing your masks or to stop practicing social distancing. As a whole, we need to continue doing all that we can to stop the spread of the virus.
