โYou need to tell him the one action he needs to change or do to make you โฆ feel safe and loved,โ Marni adds, revealing that a person going through the same situation should come up with a list of โtriggersโ and find out why it is that youโre triggered.
โOne person canโt be the only one changing,โ Marni reminds us. โEvery relationship is 50/50 so you wanโt to be in control of the controllables so being specific is very important.โ
