As the story goes, a United Airlines flight from Chicago to Louisville was overbooked on Sunday. The airline was looking for people to voluntarily give up their seats. When nobody did, they randomly chose passengers to bump. This particular gentleman is said to be a doctor who was traveling back home to see patients the following day.
Chicago airport police forcibly removed him from his seat, he began screaming, his lip became bloodied in the encounter. He is then seen being dragged down the aisle in a dazed state as passengers were left horrified at what they saw.
Somehow he got back onto the plane, although in a disoriented state, he can be seen saying 'just kill me, just kill me'. He was taken to the hospital for his injuries. The officer who removed him has been suspended.
