Hot Harry's Fresh Burritos in Schenectady was seized by the department of taxation and finance on Wednesday, reports Steve Barnes of the Times Union. The department acted on two warrants where the restaurant allegedly owes over $17,000 in unpaid taxes.
The other location in the Hannaford plaza, East Greenbush is still, but is also owned by a separate franchisee. No word yet from the management at the Schenectady location.
