Coming in at number 4 is the town of Stillwater. with only 3.55 property crimes per 1000 people and ZERO violent crimes.
Guilderland came in at 44 with 19.59 property crimes per 1000 people and .44 violent crimes per 1000 people.
Also making the list is the town of Cairo in Greene County. They're ranked at 31 with .31 violent crimes per 1000 people and 2.17 property crimes per 1000 people.
