Actor Bill Murray is accused of shoving a photographer and pouring water on his head at a restaurant on Martha's Vineyard. The photographer happens to be Peter Simon, the brother of singer Carly Simon.
Simon says he was taking pictures of people dining at the restaurant when he felt somebody shove him. It was Bill Murray.
Peter Simon claims he looked at Murray and said 'Do you know who I am?', to which Murray responded 'Do you know who I am?'
Later that night as Peter Simon was sitting at a table, Bill Murray walked up and poured a glass of water on him and his camera. Police were called, and they noted that Murray was visibly upset.
Simon says he was doing nothing wrong and was invited to the restaurant to photograph the band that was playing that night. He hasn't pressed charges, but isn't ruling it out either.
