Prestige Used Two Different Plates For Limo The Crashed

Schoharie Vigil

News 10 is reporting that the limo in Saturday's deadly crash in Schoharie had actually used two different license plates for inspection. In March the State DOT cited this particular limo for 'brakes out of service' and 'brake connections with constrictions under vehicle'. The same vehicle was inspected on September 4th with different plates, but the same VIN.

Twenty people were killed in Saturday's crash that happened along Route 30 and Route 30A in Schoharie. A total of 18 people in the limo, including the driver, and two pedestrians in what is the deadliest traffic accident in the US since 2009.
