Actress Heather Locklear was taken to the hospital and was placed on psychiatric hold. It happened Sunday afternoon when her lawyer and therapist determined she was having another mental breakdown and needed immediate help.
TMZ is reporting that a 911 call was placed from her house - there were also reports that she attacked her current boyfriend, although that has not been confirmed.
The actress was placed on a psychiatric hold in June after an incident at her house where she attacked a police officer and EMT. She has had a history of mental health issues and substance abuse, although after her latest rehab stint, those around her believed she was improving.
