Snow, Ice, Sleet, Freezing Rain - Here's What To Expect Tonight

Although snowfall amounts will be between 1-2 inches in the immediate Albany area, there will be times of ice, sleet, and freezing rain that could make driving especially treacherous starting around 7pm Wednesday. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory from 7pm Wednesday to 7am Thursday.

Ice accumulation is expected to be up to a half inch in some areas. Crews are already out pre-treating the roads, still travel on Thursday morning could be rough - and you'll want to leave extra time to scrape off your car in the morning.
