Update 9:51am: John Craig from NewsChannel 13 seems to have located the bear in a tree
Probably not the same bear seen running through Schenectady, but residents and police are keeping their eyes wide open after a bear was spotted in the area of Imperial Avenue in Cohoes on Wednesday morning.
Paula Ahearn was about to leave her house for when when she spotted the bear shortly before 6am.
