Ferry Street Tunnel In Troy Shut Down

Issues with the concrete ceiling had crews shutting down the Ferry Street tunnel in Troy on Friday afternoon. This wasn't something that was planned so some kind of pressing issue requiring immediate work must have caused the closure. Crews are expected to be working on the tunnel through Thursday 5/9. In the meantime, eastbound traffic from the Troy-Watervliet Bridge will be rerouted to the River Street off ramp.
