It's not clear how deep this scam goes, but according to NewsChannel 13, here's how it went down.
The dealer, Sarkis Boutros, paid out non-winning hands to the player, Joseph Hage during a game of Baccarat. Police say the two know each other and both were aware of what they were doing. Hage took the winning chips and cashed them in for $20,000. Both are being charged with grand larceny.
