Big Drop In Capital Region Coronavirus Cases

What a difference a day makes. The number of positive cases for coronavirus in the Capital Region dropped from 2.1% Wednesday to 1.1% on Thursday. This comes after the area saw a spike in positive cases, many linked to a July 4th party that took place on Hudson Street in Albany.

In addition, Governor Cuomo says statewide hospitalizations have also dropped to a total of 576, the lowest amount since March 17th.

A total of five people died from the virus in New York State on Wednesday.

Please remember to keep up the social distancing and wear your mask where required, we're getting through this!!!
