Troy police say they have arrested a 20 year old man from Cohoes, charged with the killing of 11 year old Ayshawn Davis. Jahquay Brown was arrested on Thursday, police say a search of his home turned up a handgun, which is currently being analyzed to see if it was indeed the weapon used in the shooting.
Ayshawn Davis was killed in a drive-by shooting that happened on September 12th on Old 6th Avenue in Troy.
Brown is charged with second degree murder, meanwhile Troy police say they are continuing to investigate.
