Love pickles? Me too! That's why I'm loving the fact that we have a shop in Schenectady completely dedicated to them! It's called "The DillyBean" and can be found at 133 Jay Street. Their official Grand Opening is this Friday at 4:30 and my plan is to get there on Saturday, hopefully.
The owners name is 23 year old Abigail Rockmacher, who for years use to work at a local pickle company. Side note here, why am I just finding out that we have a local pickle company in the 518? Have I seriously been living under a rock?
The even better question is, why haven't we had a pickle shop before this? I'm all in and can't wait to taste some pickles and enjoy whatever else they have to offer!
