Is sushi your thing? Actually I'm pretty sure it's just about everyone's thing except mine.
Anyway, there's now an all you can eat sushi spot open in Saratoga called Wasabi. They opened their doors last week at 63 Putnam St. It would be the same building that use to be home to Doc's Steakhouse, Graham's and Izumi as well.
Prices aren't to bad either. For an all you can eat it's $14.99 during the week only. Dinner prices go up to $21.99 Monday-Thursday and then $23.99 on Fridays.
