I did not get to see Joe Girardi yesterday but he was in the area. The question is, why?
Joe was here to push to get sports gambling legalized, apparently. Joe was representing MLB to push to get something passed that will help the "integrity of the game"
That's not all that the former Yankees catcher and Manager was doing while he was in town. He made a stop in Troy, actually he stopped at DeFazio's Pizzeria to maybe grab a bite to eat or work the ovens a little bit. I'm thinking it was a little of both.
Either way, I missed Joe while he was in town. Did you happen to see him?
