Colonie Police are looking for Ashley Mowatt, a 27 year old who's 5-foot-1 and 120 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. As you can see she has multiple tattoos and piercings.
The reasons that Police are looking for her? Mowatt has an active warrant for endangering the welfare of a disabled person, grand larceny, criminal contempt and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Sounds like a great person to have around, right?
Authorities think that she may be driving the victims 2005 Dodge Minivan. The minivan is blue with a NY license plate - REG 508410
