Earlier this afternoon 3 people were shot in Schenectady causing police to close Brandywine Ave from Union St to Rugby Rd.
The suspect of the shooting is in custody and is recovering from a self inflected gun shot wound. There were 3 people shot, 2 of them were children and the other was an adult. Both children are said to be in stable condition. There was also an infant in the home but was unharmed. I can't seem to find any information about the adult that was shot?
The investigation is still ongoing and police aren't really releasing many details at this point. Below are some of pictures of the situation along with the press conference that was held.
