Have You Heard of "Rawdogging Boredom?"

Remember when everyone was “rawdogging” flights... like no headphones, no movies, no snacks, just staring into space for hours?

Well, now people are doing that same thing on purpose in their everyday lives.

It’s called “rawdogging boredom,” and it’s basically the idea of sitting in silence and doing absolutely nothing...

No phone, no TV, no scrolling, no music... Just letting your mind wander.

People who’ve tried it say it helps reset their brains, improve focus, and even spark creativity once they push past that initial “I’m so bored” feeling.

It’s kind of like a stripped-down version of meditation or a digital detox, just without the mindfulness apps or breathing exercises.

The idea is that we’ve become so overstimulated that our brains need time to actually rest.

And honestly, it makes sense... maybe we’d all feel a little less scattered if we let ourselves just sit and do nothing every once in a while.

I gotta say, this sounds kinda nice!
