It's a girl for Khloe Kardashian and cheating boyfriend Tristan Thompson. TMZ reports she had her baby at about 4am and yes, Tristan was in the delivery room when it happened.
We don't know the baby's name yet but Kourtney, Kim, and Kris were all there for the big event.
So where do Khloe and Tristan go from here? We're not sure, but it's rumored that Lamar Odom is interested in getting back together.
