Update 10:17pm: TMZ is reporting that she is stable and receiving treatment
Heather Locklear was taken from her California home in an ambulance Monday night, this happens less than one day after she was released from jail for attacking a police officer and EMT.
We're hearing there was a report of an overdose at her home, EMT's arrived and police were sent to back them up. No word on her condition.
Just last week Heather attacked her parents and was placed on psychiatric hold.
