The constant heavy rain brought some major flooding to the Albany area on Friday afternoon. NewsChannel 13 caught video of a Capitaland Taxi vehicle almost completely submerged on Hackett Boulevard.
A flash flood warning is in effect for Albany and Rensselaer Counties until 4pm, while a flash flood watch continues for most of the area until noon Saturday.
Even more rain and thunderstorms are expected through Friday night.
