Any idea who this is? Schenectady police would like to talk to you. This woman was caught on camera by someone with a security camera on their front porch. The victim lives on Nott Street in Schenectady. According to the timer on the camera, it happened this past Saturday at 3:13pm. You can see the woman walking down the sidewalk then stopping as she spots the package on the front porch. She runs up and takes it, but luckily the camera got a good shot of her face.
